Fellowship Blackberry Basil Smash

  • 1.5 oz of Fellowship Whiskey
  • Handful of Blackberries
  • 4 Basil Leaves
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  1. Begin by adding the simple syrup, basil leaves, and blackberries into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Muddle them until the blackberries are slightly broken down and the basil is crushed.
  3. Add Fellowship Whiskey and lemon juice, then fill the shaker with ice; stir vigorously using a long cocktail spoon until very cold.
  4. Fill a rocks glass with ice and use a fine strainer to strain the drink into the glass. 
  5. Add a splash of ginger beer if desired. 
  6. Garnish with fresh blackberries and a sprig of fresh basil.

Whiskey Sour

  • 2 ounces of Fellowship Whiskey
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce egg white (optional)
  • Garnish: Angostura bitters
  1. Add bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white, if using, to a shaker, and dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice.
  2. Add ice and shake again for 15–20 seconds, until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, or into a coupe without ice.
  4. Garnish with 3–4 drops of Angostura bitters.

Minted Peach Smash

  • 2 oz Brotha Whiskey
  • 1/2 fresh peach, sliced
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Garnish: mint sprig and peach slice
  1. Muddle peach slices, mint leaves, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker.
  2. Add whiskey and ice, then shake well.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
  4. Garnish with a mint sprig and a peach slice.

Traditional Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz Brotha Whiskey
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Splash of water
  • Orange peel
  • Garnish: maraschino cherry and orange twist
  1. Place the sugar cube in a glass and saturate with bitters, adding a splash of water.
  2. Muddle until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add the whiskey.
  4. Stir gently and garnish with an orange twist and a maraschino cherry (or substitute w/ whiskey soaked cherries)
